Tropical Drink

I am hoping you will all weigh in with some healthy(ish) options for a tropical drink. I will be on vacation next week and am trying to figure out what I can drink all week without throwing my diet completely off track. Typically I would order a pina colada or a mud slide on vacation, but those are FILLED with calories.
Any ideas for a similar common frozen drink which might be more calorie friendly?

Really... not one post?? Maybe it's because any potentially decent drink which would qualify is loaded with calories. PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE or I will end up with a week of pina colada filled bliss. Hmm, maybe that's not such a bad thing.0

Sorry, I'm not a big fan of fruity drinks. But wouldn't any tropical drink include a lot of juice, and therefore a lot of calories...? I don't see how you could have it both ways.0

So far I've found this article:

Though all of the drink options sound pretty boring.0
