Anyone doing/ever done Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer?

Hey..came across Jamie Eason's weight training program on Bodybuilding.com...has any of you ever tried it? If so, please share your experience and results!

    I was doing Phase 2 but stopped. Lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio 4 of those days was beginning to be a little much. I didn't want to spend 2 hrs after work at the gym. Its a great program though and the smaller you are the faster you'll see results - in my opinion. My friend did it and she was pretty fit to begin with and she looked amazing afterwards.

    Thanks...will check out that group...i'm not that small (about 210) but planning on joining the gym and starting some weight training...not sure about following her plan strictly because I still want to incorporate some cardio...
