Calories???

I’m so lost at how much I should be eating and what kinds of foods… I like to have a goal, like 1600 calories or something, so I can keep track of what I eat. It’s just how my brain works. But the thing is, all the calorie calculators are for trying to loose weight… and I’m trying to loose body fat and gain muscle so in the end my weight “#” would be higher… If anyone has any advice or web sites please please PLEASE message me. Thank you!!!!:)
