Do you workout before or after dinner?

    My workouts are generally first thing in the morning. Have to be if I'm going to get them done.

    It depends, usually before when ever possible though.

    Typically before unless i'm starving and must eat something as soon as I walk in the door :)

    Ideally, in the morning, after I've hydrated. But I have four kids to get to school on weekdays, so my morning weekouts only happen on weekends. During the weekdays, I try to either workout at lunch or at night, about an hour after dinner, whichever is more convenient to that day's schedule.

    My schedule allows for evening workouts but I don't like doing it on an empty stomach!

    I workout when I get up (before breakfast) and in the evening.

    When I have a choice for my evening workout:

    If I'm doing cardio, I like doing it before eating.

    If I'm doing weights, I eat first.

    Before - I like to workout mid-afternoon when my schedule allows it .

    I have to workout before I eat and then wait up to 2 hours after to eat a real meal .... otherwise if feel funky.
