Who does her videos??

I'm just getting back to workout after completely falling off the wagon so I've been thinking of starting her videos. I've done a few before and I really like them. And I like Casey. She's very fun and cheery and motivating all the time.

    I haven't really exercised much the past few weeks because I've been sick/tired from other things, but I really like her videos and plan to get back into them soon :)

    I have checked them out, I agree she is super likable, but I have only done one workout so far (An abs one), and it kicked my butt! LOL I have them bookmarked though for a later time when I'm not so pissy and weak maybe! ;) Will start with a beginner one next time too!! But right now I'm still flitting around trying to figure out what I want to be doing to reach my goals.

    I do her videos almost every day- I looove her and her workouts are super awesome. And I have seem some really great results. I have definition where I have never even noticed muscle before. She also has really great suggestions for eating healthy, some really yummy, clean recipes. I highly reccomend her!

    I do them. For a month I did them almost every day combined with some sections from Core Fusion DVDs and cardio. She's really motivating and likeable. She goes super fast, though, so if you haven't done Pilates/ Fusion workouts before, you should probably go through her beginner workouts to get a better idea of proper form. Right now I'm doing/ attempting "Abominable Abdominals" 2-3 times a week. I really like her leg workouts too. When I finish my current heavier weights/ HIIT rotation, I think I'm going to add soome more of her workouts.

    Haha, just found blogilates today through an mfp friend who had a link on her profile! And did one of her beginner pilates sessions this evening. Love it! She's fantastic! Definitely will keep going with her.

    I did three videos today!! Well, only one full one and two halves I think...two legs one and part of the muffin top one. It was awesome. Very tough. My legs/butt/abs were burning!!

    I did her videos every day for months and I've fallen off the wagon a bit as well the last few months. Now I'm getting back into it, it's awful how much lower my fitness level is after only a month off.

    I love her! She is very inspirational and REAL which is hard to come across on youtube in general. Done a few of her videos but they kicked my *kitten* big time! So im going to do 30DS and then try some again, Oh i still read her blog daily(Very good for inspiration, pep talks and recipes) :)
