Introducing myself :)

Hi, I'm Jaimie. I'm a 28yr old Mom and wife. I have Pcos and have been struggling to loose weight. I just recently got a gym membership to help me out. my mini goal is 30 lbs but in the long run I need to loose about 100 lbs. I tried the Hcg diet and lost 30 lbs but gained all but 10lbs of it back and Dont ever wanna do that diet again. I just switched to whole grains, 1% milk, and try to make healthier choices. I am doing this to make my body healthy, set a good example for our son, and so we can try and give our son a sibling. hopefully all this will be enough..*fingers crossed* thats a little about me in a nutshell. :)

    Hi and welcome! I'm 28 too, and i've been told I have symptoms of PCOS but I've never been tested for it...
