Good for you for sticking with it even with a crazy year. I teach all of my students privately, 1 on 1. I totally understand - on top of creating a lesson plan for each of 35 students, I have to include them in the annual showcase which I coordinate. You're not alone. Just stick with it a little longer and BAM - summer baby!!!

Sometimes you have to whine - but I think you're totally justified. :flowerforyou: I have no doubt you word really hard for your students.

You can do it - look how far you've already come!

I'm right there with you. It's testing time here, too, and I'm stressed and exhausted. For the last two weeks a nap as soon as I get home has been necessary. After a short rest, I find I have more energy to get in a workout.

Same here... this week especially! It's the week before testing, and progress reports come out tomorrow. SO MUCH TO DO!

I teach English as a second language and it is very exhausting to entertain children to keep their attention.

I am a part-time worker so I have time to do some walking. Sometimes I use half my lunch break to go for a walk.

I really know how you feel!

I completely understand! I keep trying to remind myself that I'm just stressed and that it will all be over soon, but it's hard not to get overwhelmed and discouraged! There are some days when I honestly don't know where to find the energy (or time) to squeeze in a workout.
The day starts at 5:00 so that I can be up and have lunches packed and be ready before the rest of the family gets up. We are out the door by 7. Home by 5:30, supper, homework, baths, clean up, story time, check in with the hubby. By then, I am BEAT! Yet, I see others here on MFP plugging in hundreds of calories worth of workouts!!! How do you do it!?!?

I teach 5th also and am in the very same boat. State testing next week. Trying to stay motivated to stay on track with my fitness plan. Of course, during these stressful times of year, our PTA and our principal love to put out delectable yummies in the lounge for us. Completely exhausted at the end of each day.

I recently was diagnosed with tendonitis in my left shoulder. I had been doing so well on the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I was starting to love it! Now my orthopedist says no exercise for me until I see a physical therapist. So I feel completely lazy. Hate this feeling!

And it's my daughter's 2nd birthday on Sunday. We just discovered she's allergic to peanuts, and store-bought cakes aren't safe for her. Stress! Plus, my mother in law is coming over. STRESS!

Keep it up! We're all in this together. And then, bring on summertime!
