If you have a tough time getting through the whole thing, you can skip the second round of each circuit - just hit the 'next chapter' button or whatever it's called on your DVD remote, and it will go to the next circuit. That way you still get each circuit in while you build up to being able to complete the whole thing!
Great idea!!! :bigsmile: Never thought of doing that, will have to try it on the days I have a short time to workout or I am getting worn out with doing all 7 plus cool down (53 minutes by my HRM).0 -
I love these older Jillian Michaels DVD. BFBM is all cardio and very tough.
I would recommend starting with 30DS and working up to this one.
When I first started I could barely make it through.
The NMTZ is a strength workout and also is great!0
