Tighten up fast

I have a military ball coming up on May 11 and I feel a little flabby because I haven't been consistent with diet and exercise because I've been working a lot and have been tired:( Any advice on tightening up fast? I have three weeks so I know I can do something very effective myself but I like getting advice!

    In 3 weeks? Spanx come to mind! Plus you can start eating smart right now and clean up your foods for after the Ball/rest of your life.:wink:
