Encouragement is always needed...

Encouragement is always needed no matter how high the mountain you are trying to climb. I remember last year I weighed 167 lbs, (30 lbs ago lol) I thought that I needed to start changing my eating habits before they began to get out of control( which is why 1 month ago I weighed in at 194! the biggest I ever been in my life) . I wanted someone to work out with, and I over heard a young lady that I have a class with saying that she wanted to loose weight and wanted someone to go walking with her, I thought what better timing because I was looking for the same thing. She looked at me with such disgust it wasn't funny! She was like why are you trying to loose weight/work out "you straight", she said. I went home so mad that day. The young lady weighed somewhere in the ball park of mid- upper 200's lbs. Of course I went home and talk my husband ears off about this. I didn't get it, we are both struggling with the same problem, but her's was just detected/made aware of, later than mine. What was I to do, start working out when I get 200 lbs? or start working out then to prevent obesity? at that time I was technically over weight for my height, but I carry a lot of my weight in my lower body + the way I dress made me look 10 x smaller than what I was. But any who, I just wanted to say do knock somebody because their mountain isn't as high as yours encouragement builds strength, strength builds endurance, and endurance= VICTORY.
