weight loss help for a 31 yr old male?

Im a 31 year old male and have started my own weight loss program from yesterday the 19th of April 2012!
My weight when I started was 93 Kgs and my goal is to reach 85 Kgs in 2 months.
My height is 6'2'' or 188 cms.
I have also started playing Squash again - a sport I last played about a year ago.

could you please give me some ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner? - what i should be eating and what i should be avoiding?
Also, what are the best options for snacks - for example to eat around 4PM and then again around 6.30 pm after my game of squash or gym workout and before dinner.

Does anyone have a diet for me? or any suggestions would really help!
