hey guys
I have bought a fancy set of scales that measure lots of things, do you think they are accurate or way out?
they say i weigh 131.6 pounds, have 21.5% body fat, 57% water, 39.5% muscle, BMI 20.5 AND BMR 1405.
I would love to get my body fat down to 17 ish and my muscle up over 40% and preferably my weight down to 126, wish me luck, its gonna be a struggle, its so hard when your so close to goal!
