logging the gym?

I do lots of cardio classes and just log them as high impact aerobics but I am starting the gym tonight where i will use treadmill, cross trainer, bike and arm, leg, stomach machines, what do I log all this as? help! :-)

You should get a good HRM. Log everything as accurately as possible.0

Log them as individual things. For the treadmill it would be running - and make sure you take note of how fast you were running at the time. And then the same for everything else, cycling- the speed. etc etc etc. It will all be put under the same bracket in the end of cardio. Its a pain!! maybe there is another way that some other MFP knows about....0

because I have only a break between machines that allows me to take a sip of water and set the machine up, I count mine as circuit training. I guess it's not so important for me because I input what my HRM says and am not relying on MFP to tell me roughly how many calories I burned on each machine.0
