i have had a rethink im 5ft 8 went down too 138 llb im going too target 145 llb has i was feeling ill at 138 llb i think thats more realistic and healthy for me any advice is welcome add me if you like lets all get in shape together

Depends on your bodyfat percentile I'm 5.7 and I am 152lbs now I would put myself down to 10% to 10.5% body fat and thats on a muscular frame. If you are that low without muscle mass then I would highly advise that you stay at 145lbs as your probably at about 6-7% body fat and that's hard to sustain.
Or better yet eat more and start building that frame0
