Yoga - mobility

I do a yoga class on Friday mornings but whilst I think it's great for stretching I'm not sure if it's something I can log as I don't feel like I've had a workout - or really worked my muscles.

The yoga class I do another day is very full on and I log that as it includes a lot of core work and muscle strength.

If you do a mobility yoga how do you log it?

    I think there is a "hatha yoga" thing on here which only burns a few calories.

    I log it because I sweat during my yoga classes. I wear my heart rate monitor and log it that way.
