yes they do, they're largely water and it contributes to your hydration.
I have a high H2O intake but don't drink much water.0 -
Thank you for your reply.
P.S. how did you get that weight loss sig, I assume it is a live sig.0 -
"Settings" above adds the ticker " Show your MyFitnessPal ticker below each of your forum posts "
to customise it with goals you do that on your profile or somewhere, I forget !0 -

They sure do!! I personally only log water on the cup counter thing on here but it all counts :-))0

Yes, it does. But for me personally, I have set the rule to drink half my body weight in ounces in water only. Then add to that my morning cup of tea, broth from soups, etc.0

even the water content in the vegetables counts!!!!0

I never counted the water content in them that get more complicated.0

It all counts. Personally I don't figure coffee, tea, soda, juice. etc. and just let that be a bonus. I try and limit / avoid caffeine, carbonation, high carbohydrate anything ( unless fresh squeezed).0

I drink about 7/8 cups of black tea a day, but I dont log it in the glass icon.0
