Hello all,
I've been counting since 2006, and I recently switched to this program. I lost 60 pounds and kept off all but 10 over the years. I'd like to drop them again (which is one reason I switched to this new program). If anyone needs advice from an experienced Counter, drop me a line. I also know a thing or two about exercise science (not professionally, but from my own experience burning fat).
Good luck to you all, and remember: there is no magic bullet. Count every day, even if you go over. Do not give up. The only thing that will help you shed the pounds long-term is sticking to your plan for a long period of time, maybe even for the rest of your life (if you're like me).
