Hi everyone,
just saying HI.
I have been putting weight on very quickly recently and its pretty upsetting, so back to diet and exercise.

I had registered here a while ago, but never really started dieting properly - but even my leggings have protested as they rolled under my belly yesterday!!!! :laugh:

My plan is to eat plenty veg and fruit and good fat free protein, reduce carbs by omitting pasta and rice etc (which i don't eat too much of really).
My downfall is biscuits and chocolate so I guess initially it will be hard as I stop those.

I am off to the gym later for a spin class as my kickstart as well.
