Hey everyone!

Hi all!

I just started my weight loss regimen on Tuesday and thrilled with my progress. I am very fortuneate to have my husband's guitar player, a fitness and nutrition pro for the state police in our state working with me as my personal trainer. First thing he needed to pretty much tell me what I could eat and what I had to learn to live without to get the weight off and get fit. I am enjoying my new lifestyle!

One question though - I am currently at a consummation of 1200 calories per day - how do I know if that is enough or not enough to help lose the weight quickly - yet healthy? He's away for a week and out of touch to ask this.
