Hi, all.

I've been having issues with late-night binging over the past few months. I've been doing well for the last week or so, but I've had some triggers (mainly, stress and finals) and I want to mentally prepare myself for this evening. Any tools you can share with me that I can read when I get home from work would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

Non-food rewards. I am in the finals boat, too. My plan for tonight is eat a healthy dinner, then get to work. My treats are a bath with my new bath oil in it, a foot rub from the fiance, and reading a trashy, guilty-pleasure magazine when I am done.

Full disclosure: I will probably have a vanilla-rum-and-coke while I'm working, but the bath treat should keep me from piling snacks on as stress-fixers.
  • If that's you in the photo, good going! Try not to eat after say 10pm. I know it is hard, been there...the good news is that finals are not forever and you can get back to your routine when they are done.
