I went to see the nurse this morning and when she measured my blood pressure she said it was very low at 90/40.
I do feel tired and ill a LOT but I have always felt like this really. Is there much I can do to bring myself out of it? I do try to move more each day anyway..
I have to go back next week for blood tests.

I had the same, really very low, my doctor told me that if i dont lose weight (at least 25 lb or 15kg) then i might be a diabetes risk. So i eat a lot through the day, about 6 small meals. and i know everyone says this, but it really works. Like 3 main meals, and 3 snacks, just a handfull of nuts and raisins and 1 fruit. Also loads of water. Water actually makes you exercise when you have a desk job, cos the more you drink, the more you go to the loo, so you get some walking done during the day. I drink pills as well, GI Lean's morning kickstart. they give me a really good energy boost. if i dont take them in the morning, i cant keep my eyes open! Good luck.0

are you drinking enough water? low blood pressure can be indicative of dehydration.0

and in addition to what this person said, try ice water! you burn a little more calories with ice water because the body has to work to bring it to body temperature when it enters your stomach.0
