    Wow...very inspiring. What you wrote really moved me...especially that it's SIMPLE and we overcomplicate EVERYTHING! I can see the pride in your face in your progress pictures. I REMEMBER THAT FEELING...HOW GOOD IT FELT and it was over 20 yrs ago for me. And you squat heavier than me! So you just motivated me girl and you don't even realize it!! Way to go!
