So I work at a health food store and the local veggies and fruits are popping up looking ripe and delicious.

I've never been huge into veggies, I was a meat and potato child, but now that I am trying to eat healthier I am trying to add more veggies to the list.

So what's your favorite vegetable based dish from fresh farm produce?
