How long does it hurt?

I hurt. My outer thighs hurt, my inner thighs hurt, my calves hurt, my shoulders hurt, my neck hurts. For a few months, the only exercise I've done is walking and rollerblading. This week, I've gotten back into regular exercise and I've been doing Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 on my Kinect. I've done running, jumping jacks, squats, punches, kicks, etc. I've sweated for a good hour two days in a row. I was sore after the first day. I'm more sore now.
My question is: How long before the soreness goes away? I plan to keep doing this 6 days a week for 45-60 minutes a day. I'll be doing 3-4 days of cardio and 2-3 days of toning (with weights). I just want to know how long it's going to be before I can walk up my stairs like a normal person again.

Sounds like you're doing great! Keep at it!

The 2nd day after starting a serious toning routine is always the worst! As long as you stay consistent, the major soreness will last from a few days to a week depending on how much healing your muscles have to do. It will pass and you'll get stronger and stronger without (as much) soreness soon. Take your vitamin C (aids healing) and Fish Oil (for your joints).
