Late night snacking

Do we add to the current day or to the next day if we already submitted our info for the day? Sometimes when I wake up during the night, I'll grab a snack.

You can do either one. It would probably be best to be consistent about it though.0 -

I just figure if it's before midnight then I add it to the current day and resubmit my diary...if it's after midnight I throw it on the next days calories.0
