You need to up your calories. You're close to your goal weight and if you're going to bed hungry your body is telling you to eat more! What's your weight loss set as per week?

It is set at 1 lb a week. I have been trying since October to lose 11 lbs. I lost the first 6 lbs pretty easy and have kept it off. But I go up and down each week. The most I've lost is 10 lbs but then I gained back a lb or 2 the following week. I just keep sticking with it. Some weeks are better than others.0 -

I would change it to 0.5lb a week. Like I said you're very close to your goal weight and your body is telling you it's not fueled properly. Listen to it! You might be pleasantly surprised.0
