First NSV... on today's run

I started getting back into running about 4 weeks ago... I have never been fast. Today though... my dog actually had to "run" to keep up. She has always just trotted along side of me, pretty much just looking at me saying, "That's it? That all you got?"
But today she had to break into a run for almost the whole workout and now she is all tuckered out!

    Great job! I have not ran since September and getting back into it. My dog gave me that same look a couple nights ago. Cannot wait to be dragging her home in the next week.
