ITS NOT ALL ABOUT LOOSING WEIGHT!!

Once you start something like this, your thinking.. Ugh Im overweight and I need to loose the pounds... I myself was all about that too... At first.

If you are doing this solely to get a smaller number, you need to re-think what you are doing.. better yet. You need to Look Deeper at WHY you are doing this!.

Better Mood?
Self Esteem?
HEALTH! ?
YOU!?

Most likely, you are unhappy.. thats ok!!... You came here for change... But More then just a number change, too!

We all would love to love ourselves more! I myself have my days where I wish one sit up would give me a six pack in the morning.. I hate looking in the mirror some days.. But as I've been doing this (I like to call) "Get Healthy Game".. I've had more days where I look in the mirror and go "Daymn Girl, where'd you come from?"

YOU WILL TOO!!

CUT OUT THE JUNK!! Seriously.. junk food/sugar is tastey.. but it makes you slow and lazy and depressed... comfort food just makes you tired and sleepy...

I said that because, you want your mood and your energy to get better.. the better the mood your in the better you see yourself...

YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON MORE THEN JUST LOOSING WEIGHT!

I promise that if you do... Just focus on healthier choices and feeling better about yourself! (The weight will also fly away and thats a bonus!)
