Happy to be here!

Hello! I started a 1200 calorie diet using the ipod app three days ago, and I feel great! I'm a 5'1 female, and I started at 195.6 pounds. It's probably water weight, but I've lost 4 pounds already! My goal is to get down to at least 135, and be fit enough to join the Navy. Other attempts at dieting have failed miserably, but I'm really working well using the app to count calories for me. I would never have been able to do tally up calories without it XD. I get bored very quickly, and the fact I have not quit already says something! Along with limiting my food, I'm doing 20-40 minutes of tae bo daily, skipping a few bus stops on my way to work, and taking longer walks with my dogs. I'm so happy reading the success stories of others :'D.
