Okay, so apparently I'm completely slow in the head. I mean I understand the mathematic of the BMR and TDEE, and whatnot but I am still have lots of problems finding out exactly how much I should be eating a day. I don't want to get this wrong because for the past 2 weeks I have been doing really good and I don't want to mess that up by eating too much.
So I will give you guys as much of my information as possible, and can some please help me find out exactly how much I should be eating?
Okay, so I have an office job, so I want to put myself at Sedentary and just eat the calories I burn a day by using myfitnesspal.
on fat 2 fit my BFP using the military option is 47%
My age: 22
Height: 60 inches
Current Weight: 164
Goal weight: 110-115
BMR using the Katch-McArdle Forumla is 1224
and Activity level using Sedentary is 1574-1601
So, with all that information, and if I "didn't" work out (because I will be using MFP for that) between how much calories should I be eating a day inorder to lose 1lbs a week?
