Weight loss for the Type 1 diabetic

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need tips. Protein suggestions. Anything!!!

    Protein powder...dymatize choc mint is wonderful...even with water! But unsweetened almond milk adds 35-40 cals and 3 lil gms of carbs for us and is worth it! (This response is because I know u!) Xx
