Fitting in exercise throughout the day?

Hi all! For those that have desk jobs, what ways have you found to incorporate some exercise into your day?
I park at the far end of the parking lot, and when I remember I try to do butt crunches at my desk throughout the day. I usually am not able to leave the office during lunch, so lunch time workouts aren't feasible.

Take stairs whenever possible. Attempt to find a reason to move from your desk. I was lucky, one company I worked for didn't have printers in every office so I had a good excuse to be wandering the halls picking up printing. Go talk to someone face to face rather than calling. Even if you can't go do a real workout maybe you can sneak in a 1/2 hr walk during lunch? I used to eat a sandwich and walk at the same time. Leg lifts under your desk.0

I get a 15 minute break in the morning and again in the afternoon so I take walks outside around the building. I get an hour for lunch so I usually try to get a half hour walk in at that time. I also make a point of getting up and walking around throughout the day.0

I take the stairs as many times during the day as I can fit in and if I don't have a reason to use them then I make one up. I work on the top floor of a 7 story building and avoid the elevator unless I'm carrying something heavy.0

Lately I find myself walking instead of driving to meetings in other buildings (granted this doesn't always work when they are across campus and back to back). I also just took a walk with a coworker to discuss an issue instead of sitting in our offices.0

I go into the "handicap" stall in the bathroom and do pushups against the wall, squats and lunges. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park father away and carry heavy tote bag, walking very fast so that I'm puffing by the time I get to my office. Look up Leslie Sansone on Youtube and do that at your desk for a few minutes a couple of times a day.0

All good ideas... I am thinking when I get the mail I can take a lap around the bldg, maybe do some stairs. Love the lunges in the bathroom, leg lifts under my desk. Its like working out undercover :glasses:0

I just did 10 pushups off the wall, on my toes. 20 deep lunges. And 25 seconds with my back on the wall doing the "invisible chair".0
