Help with 2000 calories a day the healthy way

Hi

My name is Cris and I have to admit that I'm not nearly eating enough. Im trying to lose weight but do a lot of exercise. I have been trying to add more calories every day by adding more food, nuts and protein powder but I am still under on my calories but I end up going over on Sodium..sugars..ect.

I would love for someone to show me a sample of a high calorie day that is healthy! My diary is open if you care to look

    Special K is a bit of a skinny food, dump it for some full fat yoghurt with nuts or something more calorific.

    You can try mine. I am pretty much maintaining now but I still eat healthy. Right now I am at 1980ish per day.
