I eat clean food and have a protein shake. I would stay away from the fat burners.

have a cup of coffee before the gym. this should give you a little boost, but I would advise against it if you are doing intense cardio as it can elevate your HR even higher.

3 best fat burners on the planet.
1: a lot of water throughout the day. Rink 16oz of cold water in the morning, this will boost your metabolism in the morning
2: black coffee: one or two cups a day amount to all of 12 calories and it is proven to up your stamina to exercise increasing your caloric burn
3: green tea: the low amount of caffeine and a few of the antioxidants have been linked to a higher metabolism as well as a decrease in hunger and absorption of fat. Best too drink 6oz before meals and allow it to settle before eating.

    Lift heavy.

Protein isn't magical. It is simply a way to supplement your diet to get enough protein when you can't from whole foods. I don't know anything about fat burners. I agree with the others...drink some coffee.

You have to mix up your routine. If you do the same thing, the same way, each time, your body grows accustom to what you are doing. Look into interval training as well. Use weights, kettle bells, plyometrics, cardio classes, as well as the treadmills and elliptical. When it comes to protein, remember you body can only use so many grams per day. Anything above becomes fat tissue.
