I am a previously very fit person (I was a pro fencer in foil and epee) who has kind of gone to seed after suffering an injury that mean't I could no longer compete. I ended up having to walk with a stick and due to being pretty immobile gained a lot of weight

Finally I have decided to shift all the weight I've gained and came to MFP after already losing over a stone and half. Looking forward to the fight and good health and fitness once more!
