      YOU ALL LOOK GREAT! So proud of all of you and your weight loss.It wasnt until Easter when my daughter did this profile picture of me at my 40 pound weight loss before and after that I truely realized how over weight I was... I new I was over weight and unhealthy, but to see the before and after pics.. all I could do was cry! Now my smile is neverending and each day that passes my healthy and strength increase with each decision that I make.A life long commitment.I only wish I would have made it sooner.... Hats of to you all!

      Its just that I've been getting comments from people here in real life that I'm starting to look old & that my face isn't as glowing as before. I don't know maybe most of them are just used to see me fat so that's why.

      You're actually glowing and looking much younger than you did in your other pictures. You can see your eyes now, and actual detail in your face.. be proud of what you've done, your hard work is showing!

      Don't forget to change the IMG to img And.. wherever you see %20 Erase them and just put a space there. One reason you should never put spaces in your photo name. :wink:

      Also, once you post a photo, don't move it wherever you have it stored, like in photobucket.

      It's not as drastic of a difference as some, but it makes me happy. The before is on the right, during in the middle, and after on the left. I've gone from 148 to 130ish lbs.
