Hi all, my name is Kim and I'm relatively new here. I tend to lose focus and not track everything I eat, moreso at night. I forget to write down what I eat for dinner and my late night snack.
I started my weight loss journey at 220 and I am down to 185ish. I've currently hit a plateau and go back and forth ranging from 184-189.
When I first started, I found out I was gluten intolerant and I've gone gluten free. For the most part that has been wonderful. But now I've found all the gluten free goodies - gf bagels, gf donuts, gf cookies, etc. Dang that sweet tooth!!!
So just looking for support and accountability.
Is there a way to track posts by subscribing to topics/posts? I haven't found it if there is.
