Breakthing Through Plateaus?

(of course after I post it I realize the spelling error in the title. *shame*)
I seem to be stuck on the same plateau for weeks now. What do you do to break through plateaus?

I just took a quick peek at your diary and if this week is representative of what you usually eat, chances are you aren't eating enough. 1200 calories a day won't cut it when you are exercising. Try and eat what your calorie goal is, not hundreds below.
Under-eating sent me into a 2 month plateau until I finally figured it out. I was also eating 1200 and stopped losing weight until I started eating more. Your body needs fuel to give you energy for those workouts. If you don't feed it right, it isn't going to function properly!0 -
