Hello out there,

Just wanted to introduce myself as I'm new to the site. I have been trying to reach my goal weight loss of 64 pounds since January 1, 2009. To date I have lost 40 pounds and have 24 left to go! What a road it's been as I'm sure we can all relate.

As far as I can tell this site is offering just what i'm looking for. Tracking what i eat and how much i exercise is going to be a great way to keep me motivated.........I hope! The last month has been the most difficult but i think i'm finally ready to jump back on the train and get myself to the finish line!

I'm a type 1 diabetic so the results can only be good !!!!
