30 pounds down with pictures

I started my weight loss journey in December. I lost 3 pounds before I started using MFP. The pictures show a litlte bit of what I have done so far. I still want to lose about 40 pounds.

The second picture in the purple was actually taken in April - not going to try to edit on photobucket though - already messed up too many times! :)

    I started out walking on the treadmill for an hour a day, then stopped that and started taking body toning and cardio classes, now back to doing the classes 2-3 days a week and walking/jogging/running 6 days a week. Just this week, I started the Insanity workout at our gym. We are doing it M-Th.

    As far as my diet, I am at 1200 calories a day. I do not eat my exercise calories unless there is something special and then I still try not to go over 1200. I for the most part cut out diet drinks and drink only water, although there again there is the occasional lapse. I eat more fruit and vegetables than I ever did before and I have learned that I do not have to have bread with every meal. I eat a lot of Subway. If I have to have something chocolate or sweet, I try to go for some of the high fiber brownies or low fat granola bars.
