Protein Meal ideas for Camping

I'm going on an overnight backpacking trip and I'm concerned with keeping my protein up. Does anyone have any ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that has a lot of protein, but doesn't need to be regrigerated?
So far, I have baked beans, salmon packets, jerky, pb. Anything else that would be a good meal?

You won't waste away if you are low on protein for a day or two...0

individual tuna pouches(if you have those mayo/mustard pouches from like subway take them along if you neeed seasoning..or grab a small jar of salsa to mix with the tuna.. very tasty), almonds, find a hearty beef stew in a can cook on an open fire.0

When my husband and i went on a day trip to the mountains, we packed peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast to eat on the road. Also for lunch ideas, you can get cans of baked beans or pork and beans.0

Thanks, beef stew is a great idea. I know it's only 2 days, but I would prefer not to eat sandwiches and pop tarts all day like I would normally do.0
