I read this blog called Adventure Journal almost everyday. Today there is a post about being tough. It has some climbing jargon I don't understand but the message is still clear. I know it motivated me, maybe it can motivate you.

    Good read!

    I met a guy a few years ago who could definitely say yes. He'd been paralyzed in a rock climbing accident (quadriplegic with some limited use of his arms) and I had the honour of being on the same boat with him for his first scuba dives, I still get choked up when I think about the grit and determination that let him live on his own terms despite the physical limitations.
