Making my grocery list!!!

What should I ABSOLUTELY have on it? :) (gluten excluded) I have got to get some more food in my house!

    At least 2 different types of fruit, fresh veggies to nibble on like carrots and cucumber, lettuce, stir-fry veg, chicken fillets, (brown) rice, eggs, mushrooms, onion, yoghurt, herbal tea... I usually make sure I have those foods at home for healthy snacks and easy meals.

    multi grain bread, humus, loads of veg. i live on my oun and buy meat by the slices 2 in a bag and freeze them. i have started this week getting wieghtwatchers meals as stand by, they are call counted. i watch the portion size as well its so easy to over dose.

    Fruit, yoghurt to go with fruit, courgettes/peppers, tinned beans (kidney, black eyed, cannellini etc), chicken fillets.

    Those would be my grocery staples.

    Fruit, lots of veggies, yogurt, chicken, veggies for stir fry (love stir fry and it's low cal), nuts, rice cakes, eggs, granola bars.
