I used to record them off of my local PBS station and do the workouts. I'd love to purchase Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer, but I don't have the cash. Besides, DH and I are working on our finances and tightening our budget. I'm going to start recording these again and doing them. I think these strength routines with my treadmill and biking with my son will create a pretty good exercise regimen for me.
