I've lost 40 lbs on my 5'2" frame. It's a pretty dramatic change since Christmas. size 16 jeans to size 8 (same brand), size 22 top to size 14.
I hadn't been to work for 2 weeks and when I showed up yesterday, my co-worker said. "There she is: The incredible shrinking woman!".
