Sugar Addiction!!!

I have cut out soda which was hard enough but now I can't get past the coffee with my french vanilla creamer etc. and my 1 or 2 oreo cookie snack. I am good with balancing out my calories around that and my protein, sodium etc but I always go over on my sugar. I am also a huge cereal fan but I have picked out ones that don't have as much sugar in them. I am thinking about starting to fix my coffee with 2% milk and a little sweetner as a start. Any other suggestions???? I don't want my sugar addiction to stop me from loosing weight. I have lost a couple of pounds but I don't want to plateau because I go over my sugar amount.
