(Vegan) Chocolate Frosty

Saw this on the Bon Appetit site -- it's a healthier version of Wendy's Chocolate Frosty. And it's vegan.
INGREDIENT INFO: Chia seeds are available at health foods stores and bobsredmill.com.
1 cup coconut water
1 cup Cashew Milk (see recipe below)
5 oz. young coconut flesh, cut into 1/4" strips
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp. coconut nectar
2 tsp. chia seeds
Pour coconut water into an ice cube tray; chill in freezer until frozen. Pour cashew milk into another ice cube tray; chill in freezer until frozen. Arrange coconut flesh on a baking sheet and chill in freezer.
Transfer frozen coconut flesh and cubes of frozen coconut water and cashew milk to a blender. Add cacao powder, coconut nectar, chia seeds, 4 ice cubes, and 2/3 cup water and blend until smooth. Mixture should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Cashew Milk
Makes 2 cups
1/2 cup raw cashews
Sea salt
Pure maple syrup, date sugar, or other sweetener
Place cashews in a medium bowl; cover with water and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain and rinse.
Puree cashews and 2 cups water in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute.
Strain cashew milk into another medium bowl; discard solids in sieve. Add a pinch of sea salt.
Add maple syrup to taste
