Saw this on the Bon Appetit site -- it's a healthier version of Wendy's Chocolate Frosty. And it's vegan.

INGREDIENT INFO: Chia seeds are available at health foods stores and bobsredmill.com.

1 cup coconut water
1 cup Cashew Milk (see recipe below)
5 oz. young coconut flesh, cut into 1/4" strips
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp. coconut nectar
2 tsp. chia seeds

Pour coconut water into an ice cube tray; chill in freezer until frozen. Pour cashew milk into another ice cube tray; chill in freezer until frozen. Arrange coconut flesh on a baking sheet and chill in freezer.

Transfer frozen coconut flesh and cubes of frozen coconut water and cashew milk to a blender. Add cacao powder, coconut nectar, chia seeds, 4 ice cubes, and 2/3 cup water and blend until smooth. Mixture should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.

Cashew Milk
