Just getting started (for the 100th time)

Hi there,

I am just getting started on a new way of eating, can't handle being overweight any longer, feel like crap, can't keep up with my kids, enough is enough!

I am making my grocery list for shopping tomorrow. What are some low calorie foods that are filling? (Please don't freaking tell me lettuce!)

Have decided a loss is a loss, I am not even going to look at my weight, going to a dietician and she weighed me today, but didn't tell me my weight, don't even want to know.
