New to this! I would love Tips and Motivation!

I am currently doing p90x right now. I am 21 with a 3 year old daughter. I gained about 30 pounds during pregnancy 3 YEARS AGO.. yet the pounds still linger. I would love tips and motivation maybe some recipes to look up. ANYTHING helps . I have never had an issue with weight or my health before my pregnancy so this is very new to me. This is not the frist time I have tried to make myself get healthy and stay active after my pregnancy, but it is the first time i am DETERMINED to do it.

good luck feel free to add me, i'll try and motivate you the things i think worked for me is just take every day as it comes, everything in moderation, dont get upset if you dont see results overnight.. it will happen, every choice you make is helping0
