Not back to high school but better than high school

Hi, my name is Kristina and I'm hoping to find some support in reaching my weight and fitness goals to allow me to do some of the physical thingsas in high school (like sprints) while improving on the weight I held in high school. I'm going to be 31 in June and realized that while I weigh less now than I did when I was younger I'm not in the best of shape. I don't have access to a gym or gym equipment so any suggestions on home exercise and encouragement toward the eating right side of things would be most appreciated.
